Emergency Response Team

Orange Defence & Security’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) team will respond to emergency calls and immediately attend to them.

To response to emergency call promptly and assist situation, Orange Defense & Security’s ERT will immediately attend and coordinate such emergency measures such as Standby Mobile Patrol Vehicle. In the event of any contingency/emergency at any clients’ outlet, ERT are dispatched to the location as an added reinforcement. Then the premises will be cordoned off using cordoning tapes pending the arrival of the police or other authorities.

ERT work together with Mobile Security Patrol (MSP) to give the best security service to clients. MSP is a periodic patrolling service and visits to clients’ outlet and perform inspection at the premises. If there is any emergency such as robbery or fires was detected, security patrol helps to provide immediately response by informing ERT.
